Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only in case of a defect or issue with the product.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
An unboxing video or proof of the issue may be required for approval.
Exchange requests are subject to inspection after receiving the item.
Sale or discounted items (if applicable) may not be eligible for exchange.
Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
